Job Description

We’re partnered with a highly innovative, growth-focused homebuilding group in San Diego on a mission to deliver attainable, well-designed housing in one of the toughest markets in the country.
They don’t need theory. They need someone who knows how to move land through the system cleanly, efficiently, and without costly surprises.
What you’ll actually do
You’ll take projects from early-stage approval through full readiness for vertical construction:
- Lead due diligence execution—and catch issues before they become expensive problems
- Navigate local municipalities, agencies, and consultants like you’ve done it a hundred times (because you have)
- Oversee engineering, budgets, and timelines with precision
- Ensure a seamless handoff to construction—no delays, no chaos, no excuses
Bottom line:
You’re the one making sure everything is buttoned up before the first shovel hits the ground.
