Job Description
A Denver-based nonprofit affordable housing organization is seeking a Vice President of Real Estate Development and Asset Management to lead its development and asset management teams. This role will oversee the full real estate lifecycle, from sourcing and acquisition through financing, construction, stabilization, and long-term portfolio performance.
The ideal candidate will bring significant affordable housing development and finance experience, strong knowledge of LIHTC and other public and private funding sources, and the ability to evaluate portfolio performance, capital needs, refinancing, recapitalization, and preservation opportunities. This is an in-person leadership role based in Denver with regular travel throughout Colorado.
