Senior Survey Technician
Job ID:
28300
Job Description
I’ve been retained by a highly respected, private Houston-based civil engineering firm that provides services for large, medium, and small land development projects and municipal utility districts.
We are looking for a Senior Survey Tech to join the team, backfilling a longtime team member who just retired after 25+ years with the company. You'll be working in AutoCAD/Civil 3D, Carlson Survey, and GIS applications, handling boundary analysis, deed research, and topographic/as-built surveys, while coordinating directly with land developers, engineers, and city planners.
This is a high-visibility role with real growth: the company will reimburse exam costs if you want to pursue your RPLS, and there's a clear path to leading the survey team as a whole. The company is family-owned, lean, and highly collaborative and loyal to its employees.
