Job Description
We're recruiting a Real Estate Developer to manage full-cycle multifamily development opportunities from pre-development through construction closing and transition to Asset Management. This role focuses on identifying viable development opportunities, evaluating market and financial feasibility, and advancing projects through entitlements, permitting, financing, and closing.
Responsibilities include conducting market and financial analyses, coordinating due diligence, navigating land use and zoning requirements, securing entitlements and permits, and managing project schedules and budgets. The Developer will work closely with investors, municipalities, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure projects remain on track and aligned with strategic and community goals.
The ideal candidate will have 3–5+ years of real estate development experience, including experience managing projects from pre-development through construction and close-out. LIHTC experience is strongly preferred. This opportunity is with a Louisville-based real estate development and construction company focused on affordable and market-rate multifamily and senior living communities.
