I'm working with a well-established residential developer in Pinehurst, NC (they will relocate if needed), a group with strong capital backing and a business model built to grow. From our years of experience with them, I can say firsthand they're genuinely good people to work with. We're looking for a residential Project Manager who will report to a sharp, down-to-earth leader who values trust, autonomy, and doing things the right way.
This role goes beyond the typical production PM position. This is a luxury builder who offers more influence, less focus on volume, and a greater emphasis on quality and craftsmanship.
