Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Operations Director to lead on-site construction management for our high-end golf course resort community in the Carolinas. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction project management, with a proven track record of successfully overseeing large-scale residential construction projects. Trade base relationships in the Carolinas and purchasing/supply chain experience are essential to ensure seamless coordination and execution of the project.  This role will report to the Chief Operating Officer.
