New Home Sales Consultant

Leading St. Louis home builder is growing! With an excellent reputation for an employee and customer experience, adding the right sales team members for 2020 is important to their success. They are looking for a highly motivated self-starter to handle all aspects of new home sales from lead generation, follow-up, sales achievement and back-log management.

The home builder is experiencing tremendous growth and is seeking to hire high potential sales professionals that are interested in taking their career to the next level. Experience is preferred but not required. The company provides a comprehensive training program and a competitive compensation program.

Responsibilities will include but not limited to following up on company provided sales leads, networking with Realtors for additional sales opportunities, write purchase agreements on behalf of the home builder, follow-up and follow-through on all home buyers in process. A successful candidate will maintain the model home, have a professional new home presentation as directed by the home builder, and present themselves in a friendly and professional manner.

The home builder is looking for someone with the right energy and passion to join our team as a New Home Sales Consultant.
  • Ideal candidate should have sales, real estate or leasing experience in the St. Louis market.
