Job Description
My retained client is integrated with a 20-year-old, multifamily real estate developer that is growing rapidly throughout the Southeastern US. We have been retained to find Superintendents at multiple levels in Savannah, GA, Mobile, AL, Foley, AL, Gulf Shores, AL and soon other markets close by also in the SE region. My client believes in cultivating people while on the job so that they are continually gowing and moving forward. They also have an incredibly fun, collaborative culture that offers you a real life outside of work. They go the extra mile to ensure their employees avoid burnout and absolutely no egos are allowed. Their projects are field led vs. office led which makes an impactful difference.
