One of our premier homebuilding clients is seeking a Marketing Operations & Project Specialist to support a growing marketing team responsible for community launches, lifestyle initiatives, creative development, vendor relationships, brand execution, and marketing campaigns.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being at the center of activity—coordinating projects, managing timelines, working with internal teams and outside partners, tracking deliverables, and helping ensure every detail is executed with excellence.
The successful candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Most importantly, this person genuinely enjoys supporting projects from concept through completion and takes pride in being the person others can rely on to keep things moving.
