Job Description
Looking for a CRE Aquisitions and Value add expoert. Someone who can be the Tip-of-The-Spear for the company.
Objective: To Identify, review, underwrite, present, perform due diligence, develop proformas, oversee purchase and sale agreements, build and lead/manage the team as the office grows, manage projects, maximize stakeholder value, manage investor communications - updates, manage lender communications/branding, add value, stabilize, increase NOI, and disposition.
The company has put together a new fund, their purpose is to acquire existing multi-family, commercial office, mixed use and retail properties, raw land and build - add value - stabilize and sell, or keep in the portfolio.
This person should be proficient in the acquisition and development process, has leadership experience, strong finance acumen, P&L, PSA. Attractive base and bonus to include override and carry.
