Job Description
I'm partnered with a well-established, privately held master-planned-community developer in the Lubbock area, looking to bring on a Land Development Project Manager locally.
It's a lean team with several active residential communities in the pipeline right now, plus a new one launching in 2027. They also just brought on a new CEO for the development arm to lead the next chapter of growth, so this is a great time to get in. The company is actively expanding its footprint into other large TX markets as well.
This role covers the land development side, planning, design, permitting, and construction oversight, with direct visibility to ownership and leadership.
