I am working with a highly respected private lot developer expanding rapidly across the Carolinas. 

We are looking for an experienced land development professional to join the Charlotte team. This person will partner with the Region President and will lead and assist in all development aspects, from preliminary plans through zoning, site supervision, and governmental acceptance.
