We're working with a fast-growing, privately-owned residential lot developer that’s rapidly expanding across the Carolinas. This is a small, dynamic team where your voice is heard, and every contribution has a direct impact on the company’s success. No getting lost in the crowd—this is a place where you’ll be shaping the future.

We are seeking an experienced land development professional to join the Charlotte team. In this role, you’ll work closely with the Region President and lead the development process from preliminary plans through zoning, site supervision, and governmental approvals. There’s also a significant opportunity for rapid upward mobility, making this a fantastic growth path.
