Job Description

  The Land Development Manager is responsible for coordinating the land development activities of the Houston Division, working closely with the VP of Land Acquisition and Development.  The primary responsibility of the Land Development Manager will be to effectively track, manage, and report on activities related to Houston Division land and community development, lot sales, and community builder performance, and supporting the due diligence process of land acquisitions.
