LIHTC Portfolio Manager
Job Description
We’re partnering with a growing real estate investment firm looking to add two Portfolio Managers to its team. This is a reporting-focused role for someone who enjoys being the person behind the scenes keeping everything organized and moving forward. You’ll own portfolio reporting, work across teams as a liaison to collect and coordinate information, assist with tax-related deliverables and payment notices, and make sure deadlines stay on track. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, deadline-driven, strong in Excel, comfortable working with financial and tax information, and takes real pride in producing accurate, high-quality work.
Just as important is the team you’ll be joining. This company has extremely low turnover, treats its people exceptionally well, and has built a genuinely collaborative culture where people across teams and offices enjoy working together. The role offers remote/hybrid flexibility, with some time in New York initially for training and a few days with the team during busy reporting seasons.
