I’m working with a private Charlotte-based luxury homebuilder that has existed for decades. They’re known for their high designs, efficient operations, and fantastic reputation.
We’re looking for an Assistant Construction Manager/PM to join the team. This role goes beyond the typical production builder PM position, offering more influence, less focus on volume, and a greater emphasis on quality and craftsmanship. It’s ideal for someone who wants to make a meaningful impact on both the customer experience and the final product. The builder truly values collaboration and attention to detail.
