I’m working with a regional homebuilder looking for a Civil Engineering Manager to lead residential land development projects from due diligence through construction in the St. Louis area. They will relocate.Â
In this role, you’d manage multiple projects, review designs, work with municipalities, and mentor a small team of engineers. If you have 5+ years in residential land development, experience with municipal approvals, and want a role where you can own projects start-to-finish, this could be a great fit.
