This is a high-impact executive role for a hands-on leader who can build strategy, drive revenue, and elevate brand positioning, all while working directly with ownership.
What You’ll Own:
- Sales leadership across multiple communities
- Market positioning, pricing, and inventory strategy
- Marketing performance and lead generation
- Broker & Realtor engagement throughout DFW
- Customer experience from contract to closing
What We’re Looking For:
- 8+ years in residential new home sales
- 3–5+ years in homebuilding leadership
- Strong DFW market knowledge
- Proven revenue and margin growth success
- Strategic mindset with hands-on execution ability
