Director of Purchasing
Job ID:
28302
Job Description
I’m partnered with a highly respected private homebuilder based in Birmingham and the coastal AL area (they will pay for relocation to either of these markets). We’re looking to add a Head/Director of Purchasing to their team who will oversee purchasing and procurement across the company’s active markets.
This is a high-impact, hands-on role focused on purchasing, vendor/trade partner management, negotiations, and cost control. The company is focused on building beautiful, high-quality homes rather than chasing volume, so this person will play a key role in maintaining those standards while driving purchasing strategy and results.
We’re looking for someone who is self-confident, analytical, competitive, and growth-minded, and who thrives in a small-business environment where they can be a true decision-maker.
