Key Responsibilities

Lead overall marketing strategy and brand presence

Oversee digital marketing, website initiatives, social media, and lead generation efforts

Manage key marketing platforms, vendor relationships, and campaign performance

Partner closely with sales leadership to drive traffic and qualified leads

Develop compelling content, messaging, and campaign ideas

Measure results and continuously optimize performance

Experience in new homebuilding, residential real estate, or a related industry preferred

Strong digital marketing and lead generation expertise
