Job Description
The Director of Construction will lead a team of 18 (Estimators, PM's, Supers, Admins) managing 13-15+/- projects on average, along with providing the oversight and team direction necessary to ensure that each project undertaken by the company is successful and financially profitable.
The Director's responsibilities include overall construction/business management direction for multiple projects quality control, cost control, and schedule compliance to meet the company’s financial and growth objectives and fulfill client contractual requirements from pre-construction through closeout.
