Director of Channel Sales- Commercial
Job Description
This role requires approximately 50% travel and calls for a dynamic sales leader with a proven track record of driving growth and building high-performing teams. Key qualifications include 10+ years of progressive sales leadership experience, a demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful go-to-market strategies, experience leading and mentoring sales managers, exceptional client-facing and relationship-building skills, and proficiency with CRM platforms and the Microsoft Office Suite.
Given the entrepreneurial nature and lean structure of our client, the ideal candidate will possess the rare ability to think strategically while remaining actively engaged in the day-to-day operations of the business. A critical early priority will be scaling and strengthening the commercial organization, including the recruitment, development, and leadership of a functional team of approximately 6-7 direct reports.
