Job Description

We're working with a highly-respected vertically integrated, mission-driven real estate group dedicated to providing quality affordable housing to communities and families throughout the Midwest.  We want to add a Compliance Director to our team who is well-versed in LIHTC, Section 8, federal Fair Housing laws, and other relevant state and local housing provisions.  The right candidate loves to learn, enjoys building process and coaching/developing teams, is tech savvy with experience in Yardi and Microft Office.  For more information, please apply!
