Job Description
A Seattle-based nonprofit affordable housing organization is seeking a Chief Real Estate Development Officer to lead a growing real estate platform focused on creating permanently affordable homeownership opportunities throughout the region. This senior leadership role will oversee an active pipeline of more than 500 homes across construction, predevelopment and early-stage planning, while leading the development team and helping build the systems and capacity needed for continued growth. The ideal candidate will bring significant affordable or mission-driven housing development experience, strong financial skills, and a track record of successfully leading complex multifamily projects from concept through completion.
