Job Description
We’re looking for an experienced Assistant Chief of Parties to help lead and support survey field crews in Florida. In this role, you’ll oversee day-to-day operations, coach and develop team members, and make sure crews are equipped to deliver accurate, high-quality results.
The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of field survey crew experience, including time in a supervisory role. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities are essential.
