Job Description

My Retained client is seeking a DEVELOPMENT PROJECT MANAGER who can coordinate and facilitate the pre-development and design activities for Build-for- Rent (BFR) multi-family projects throughout the Southeast.

My client is a 20 year fully integrated multi-family real estate investment management firm. Fantastic Company culture!  Their Services and abilities are divided into four main areas to allow focus on best practices and staff with experts in each area. This structure also permits the Company to develop the appropriate suite of services for both the properties they own/develop and those they manage for third-party owners.
  • Property Management
  • Construction
  • Acquisition Asset Management
  • Development

Their primary geographic focus is on high-growth secondary and tertiary Southeastern markets in well-located areas within close proximity to retail and workplace hubs.

The team has acquired and managed over $25 billion in real estate assets. By bringing a combined 150+ years of expertise, the Company balances their institutional skills with small market strategies such as innovative grass roots marketing and engaging resident events. As a result, their properties consistently outperform comparable properties in occupancy and resident satisfaction.

One of the things that has allowed them to be successful is Collaborative problem solving. Their track record and reputation is finding challenging and troubled assets which they fix through their collaborative efforts.

The Company’s culture is rooted in community. It starts in their corporate office. It permeates their teams. It is the core to their success. This laser focus on community leads them to craft experiences. They feel fortunate to be the catalyst that brings people together. One that inspires people. And elevates people. Experiences that elevate the lives of their residents and their team and that elevate returns for their investors. Their culture lends itself to collaborative problem solving and allows them to take advantage of unique opportunities.
