Graphic Designer II
Job Description
We are seeking a Graphic Designer to lead the execution of high-quality marketing creative across multiple residential communities in the Southeast. This role translates marketing strategy into polished, on-brand visual assets across digital and print channels, working closely with Sales and Marketing partners. The ideal candidate is a self-directed designer with strong creative judgment, the ability to manage projects end-to-end, and a passion for brand consistency and storytelling. This is an in-office role based in Downtown Opelika, with occasional regional travel.
Key Responsibilities

Lead design execution for marketing campaigns across digital, print, signage, presentations, and paid media

Translate campaign concepts into cohesive, conversion-focused creative across multiple channels

Uphold and evolve brand standards, templates, and visual systems to ensure consistency and quality

Manage multiple projects independently while collaborating with internal teams and external partners
