Job Description
This is a really unique role, essentially the “buck stops here” person for accounting across their homebuilding and development entities. They’re building ~60 homes a year, own their own land company, and also run several sister businesses. You’d oversee accounting for business entities, learn the numbers side of the business deeply, and get exposure to different operational components.
You’d report directly to the owner, who is hands-on and invested in developing this person. They’re willing to sponsor and support you through getting your CPA (if that is on your radar). As the company scales, this role can grow into Controller or even VP-level. Title evolves as you do.
