We are representing a well-established, high-growth residential homebuilder seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer to lead all financial functions and provide strategic direction for the company’s continued expansion. Based in Houston, this executive role offers a unique opportunity to join a values-driven, privately held organization with a long-term view on profitability, operational excellence, and risk mitigation.
As CFO, you’ll work alongside the CEO, board, and executive team to shape the financial future of the business. This includes overseeing finance, accounting, forecasting, capital planning, risk management, and financial reporting across a multi-entity structure. You will serve as a key advisor and strategic partner, helping guide investment decisions, optimize capital structure, and deliver performance insights that drive growth.
