Job Description

I’m working with a private, Atlanta-based luxury homebuilder that’s been a staple in the market for decades. They’re known for their designs, efficient operations, and fantastic reputation.

We’re looking for an experienced Senior Estimator or Head of Estimating to join their Resources/Purchasing team. This person will take ownership of the estimating function and be someone who has a knack for precision and process improvement. It’s a high-impact role with a builder who truly values quality and collaboration.
