An established and highly respected homebuilder in the Detroit Metro market is seeking a Director of Land Acquisition to play a critical leadership role within its growing operations team.

The Director of Land Acquisition will lead efforts related to sourcing, evaluating, negotiating, and securing residential land opportunities throughout the region while partnering closely with executive leadership, operations, development, and finance teams.
