Job Description
We're recruiting a Senior Development Manager, LIHTC, for a well-respected client in Macon, GA. This role is responsible for identifying, evaluating, and managing real estate development opportunities with a focus on affordable housing, homeownership programs, and non-traditional housing solutions.
Ideal candidates will have a bachelor’s degree in public or business administration, urban planning, or a related field, along with five or more years of experience in real estate or affordable housing development. Strong knowledge of housing funding mechanisms such as LIHTC, HOME, and CDBG is essential. This position calls for someone with entrepreneurial initiative, strong communication skills, and a collaborative, problem-solving approach.
