A Colorado-based nonprofit affordable housing organization with more than 30 years of impact is seeking a Vice President of Real Estate Development to lead its growing development portfolio. This is a mission-driven organization committed to building brighter futures through resident-focused housing and services.
This is a senior leadership role, ideal for a seasoned affordable housing professional who is passionate about advancing equity through the built environment. The VP will lead the development of new construction, acquisition/rehab, and joint venture projects across the state, overseeing projects from site acquisition through construction completion.
