Sr. Construction Project Manager / Engineer /Owners Representative
Our client is a highly respected commercial real estate investment firm focused on development and value-added industrial assets in major U.S. markets.
This role plays a key part in overseeing construction and renovation projects across a national portfolio. It involves close collaboration with leadership, asset managers, and acquisitions teams to drive feasibility studies, budgeting, contractor oversight, and project execution through closeout.
We're looking for someone with 10+ years of experience in construction or project management—ideally with industrial or commercial assets. Strong scheduling, budgeting, and communication skills are essential, along with a hands-on, solution-oriented mindset.
The company culture is entrepreneurial, collaborative, and fast-paced, with plenty of ownership and visibility. Compensation is competitive, with performance bonuses and full benefits (401k match, healthcare, PTO, and more).
