Job Description

I am recruiting with a highly-respected, private homebuilder with a heavy presence in Florida and Coastal Alabama. We are looking for a Division Manager (they will be looking to move this person into an Area Director role quickly) who will cover the NW Florida region. One must be a self-starter and manager of their own day and schedule as well as take ownership of their responsibilities. This company does not micro-manage, there is no time to. The company is planning and growing in volume quickly, there will be leadership roles added as it continues to grow.
