Our growing home builder client in Atlanta, Georgia is looking to hire a Project Coordinator to add to their team. This company provides a team-focused environment with collaboration and continual learning and growth. The Project Coordinator will be responsible for managing the starts process; coordinating with the project managers to ensure information is accurate and timely to stay on schedule, and establishing and maintaining positive customer relationships throughout the home building process.
The ideal candidate must come from a home building background and have a high level of detail in their work. This Project Coordinator must have a strong understanding of the construction process, specifically the starts process and required documentation and permitting. This role will report to the Vice President of Operations who is a very fair and encouraging manager. The best personality fit will be someone that enjoys working on a team and wants to collaborate daily.
