The Project Manager is responsible for all aspects of building a home. This includes making sure homes are well built and on schedule, managing trade partners, quality control, production schedules, options and community cleanliness. You will meet with home buyers to establish a working relationship, and to gain their trust and respect. Must requirements include utilizing scheduling software on Excel and having the ability to read and execute the construction of Civil, Structural and Architectural drawings. The right individual will need to be comfortable with working autonomously and is the " go to person" in the field.
Bachelor’ s degree (B.A.) from four year college or university; or five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Valid Texas Driver’ s License, Personal Insurance Liability Policy with Limits of 100/100/100. Must pass yearly DMV background check and provide renewal auto insurance certificate.
