Education and / or Experience:
- Local Candidates Only
- 2 years' previous home building experience
- Minimum of 2 years' college education
- Any appropriate combination of education and home building experience

Summary / Objective:
Manage starts process on assigned homes. Coordinate with the Project Manager to ensure that all information for each assigned home is accurate and timely so that all schedules are maintained. Establish and maintain positive customer relationships throughout the home building process.
